2004 was my best Burning Man ever...

...even if it was a little dusty.

This just meant I tried to be properly dressed on my way to work... and I worked harder this year than ever, despite my best intentions.

Did I mention it was a little dusty?

Life in an RV really spoiled me this year... and provided welcome refuge from the dust. My campmates worked hard... and played harder. One of these years I'll get to play too.

I was able to work with the best pyro team ever, and made a number of new friends... I cannot wait to work with them again next year, and yes that does mean I guess I'll have to be there.

But the true highlight of this year, of course, was getting engaged to the love of my life. We met on the playa in 2003, when his shade structure brutally attacked mine... and it took a second meeting months later for us to realise that the universe was just trying to introduce us. Next year we will celebrate on the playa!
