On Saturday, Murray and I took my newest little Volvo for a field trip over to Bainbridge Island, where we were lucky enough to get last-minute reservations to visit the Bloedel Reserve. It's absolutely gorgeous, very small and simple and an easy walk. We also took in the Bainbridge Island Winery, where I found a raspberry dessert wine that I actually like the taste of.
