May 1999 - April 2001.    As the lead FET on a series of client projects, my responsibilities included everything from creating clean, scalable HTML and DHTML to identifying and documenting cross-browser dependencies and baseline recommendations, and training the client team to take over operations once a site was launched. I acted as the interface between the Customer Experience (visual design) and Development teams, as well as working with the client to identify and address requirements. I participated in Usability testing and QA testing for each of these clients, and on later projects became responsible for User Interface design. Client projects included:

As the Senior FET in the Boston office, and one of the founding members of the FET department within Scient, I was instrumental in defining the role of the Customer Experience department on Scient projects, and for integrating that role with the rest of the project teams. I participated in recruiting and internal training initiatives, and was instrumental in creating the coding standards and conventions used across Scient. I mentored and trained junior FETs, and worked with some of them to create a training program for new associates.
